When it opened in June 2003, the Palazzo Sant’ Angelo on Canal Grande became the first hotel in more than 100 years to open with the main walkway entrance on Venice’s fabled waterway. Location

Palazzo Sant'Angelo is situated in the heart of Venice on the Grande Canal, between the Rialto and Accademia Bridges. Piazza San Marco, the Fenice Theatre, Palazzo Grassi, as well as all the major attractions and principal monuments of the Doges' city can all be easily reached with a short walk or by taking the vaporetto that stops a few far metres from the hotel.
Coming by Air :
- From Venice Airport there is a convenient shuttle waterbus up to Santa Lucia railway station. Once there take waterbus line 1 towards Lido and get off at S.Angelo station. Once there walk towards St.Mark's Square (there are several signs and you will see the tower of St.Mark's Square).
Coming by Car :
- From A1 Highway exit Venezia Mestre and then park your car in Piazzale Roma. Take the waterbus line 1 towards Lido and get off at S.Angelo station. Once there walk towards St.Mark's Square (there are several signs and you will see the tower of St.Mark's Square).
Coming by Train:
