Hotel Al Piave is a cozy family run hotel located in the historical heart of Venice, just a few minute walk from the beautiful San Mark's square and Rialto bridge. The hotel has been run by the Puppin family for over than 30 years and all furniture and rooms have been renovated year after year. Last renovation was in january 2005. The hotel has a cozy intimate atmosphere and is perfect for couples that can choose from nice standard double rooms and new superior rooms and for families of 3, 4, 5 people that can be accommodated in spacious classy family suites composed by two adjoining rooms sharing a bathroom.

By Train:

- The nearest railway station is Venice Santa Lucia. From there, you can easily access to the hote Al Piave taking the water bus 1 or 82 to San Zaccaria. From the stop, turn left, crossing the first bridge. Then turn right in calle Albanesi (the second small street after the bridge) . Follow calle Albanesi, calle della Chiesa, calle dei Mercanti and you reach calle Corte Rotta. Turn left and you reach Ruga Giuffa, where the hotel is situated in the left side of the street.

By Plane:

- Coming from the airport Marco Polo just take the shuttle boat Alilaguna and get off at the same stop of San Zaccaria, or at the stop of San Marco (named Vallaresso) which is immediately after. When you get off at San Zaccaria or San Marco (Vallaresso) just look for Danieli palace that faces the water. Next this palace you find the street calle Albanesi. Then as above.

By Car:

- Coming from any highways in Italy, take the exit to Venice. Follow the directions to the city centre and to piazzale Roma. When you reach piazzale we suggest you to leave your car, at the parking in the square and to reach the hotel by water bus, number 1 or 82. Than as above. If you decide to reach us with a private water taxi just tell the taxi driver to take you to Santa Maria Formosa, which is the closest available location for him to stop and ask him where Rugagiuffa is. It is next the square.
